12.3 We may share personal data with service providers who help us operate the competition, including payment processors, identity verification providers and other administrative partners where necessary for those purposes.

12.4 If you are selected as a winner, you may be required to provide documents for due diligence and anti-money laundering checks, and relevant information may be shared with our payment service provider, Moorwand Ltd, where necessary to facilitate prize payment and comply with legal requirements.

13. Intellectual property

13.1 If you submit content as part of your entry, you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in that content.

13.2 By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and display that content for the purpose of administering and promoting the competition and our business.

14.3 Subject to clause 14.1, our total liability to any entrant or winner in connection with a competition shall not exceed the value of the relevant prize or, in the case of a non-winner, the amount paid to enter the relevant competition.

14.4 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

15. Suspension and cancellation

15.1 We may suspend, cancel or amend a competition where necessary for legal, operational or fairness reasons, or where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary.

15.2 If a competition is cancelled before the draw takes place, we will take reasonable steps to notify entrants and refund entry fees where a refund is required by law or is otherwise appropriate.

15.3 We may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently, uses multiple identities or otherwise breaches these terms.

16. Website use

16.1 The Website is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

17. Disputes

17.1 We will try to resolve disputes quickly and fairly. Please contact us first if you have a complaint.

17.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may wish to use alternative dispute resolution.

17.3 These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

17.4 The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law provides otherwise.

18. General

18.1 If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.

18.2 No person other than the promoter and the entrant has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

18.3 These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the relevant competition page, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to each competition.
