Do I have to put my card details in every time?
No you don't!
We offer Apple and Link pay as well as adding credit for your convenience.
Adding credit can be done by going into your account,
Then 'My account'
Then 'Credit/Limits'
It's there you'll find the 'Add More Credit' button!
Do you have an app?
We do not have an app available at the moment but this is something we will look at getting in the future.
How do I enter for free?
To enter for free all you have to do is select the number 1, in any draw!
If number 1 wins the draw- everyone that entered via the free entry route will be placed into a second draw to take the cash for FREE!
You must have an account with us prior to the draw to claim a win or this will be redrawn.
How do I enter via post?
Postal Entry Option
If you would like to enter any of our competitions by free postal method, then please send a postcard or letter via 1st or 2nd class post stating which competition you would like to take part in along with your personal details as follows,

Date of Birth,
Postal Address
Email address
One contact number.
The game ID- found above the description in the competition
One Entry per Postcard or letter posted.
Postal entries are limited to one per individual per Competition.
All details must be either typed or clearly written, we cannot accept any postal entries if the writing on your postcard is not readable. If we receive 1 postcard in the post containing multiple entries this will not comply with the above terms and conditions.

All postal entries must be received before the close of the competition , Any entries that fail to follow the criteria above or are received after all ticket numbers have been sold for a competition will be void. A random number in the draw will be allocated to each postal Entrant by the Promoter and all free postal entries will be treated in exactly the same way as paid Entries.
Entrants MUST have an active account on our website at the time the postal entries are processed, all details on postcards MUST match the name and address on the account to which they are to be added. Please register a free account in the My Account section of the website.
If we have reason to believe one person is attempting to enter using multiple names and addresses all associated entries will be voided, as per the paid entry route.

How do I know what I've entered or if it's been drawn?
If you go into Menu and click on Previous Competitions, it will bring up all of the competitions you have entered. Here, you can click on each competition where you'll be able to see what competition it is, what numbers you've purchased and if it's been drawn. All live videos can be found on the Facebook page and on the website.
All tickets that have been purchased on competitions that have not yet been draw are displayed in the basket menu under the 'Active Tickets' tab.
How do I make an account?
- You'll first need to find the login page, click the login button at the top right or you can click competitions (it's where all the good stuff is) and then click a competition!
- You'll hit the log in page now, go click the register button in the bottom right hand corner
- Pop in your details, make sure you use the correct number to contact you on as we may do if you are a winner!
- Click register, then head over to your emails to confirm your account. Sometimes the email likes to sneak into your junk folder!
- Click the link in the email and go make yourself a password...
- Well done!! You're in! Now you can come see why thousands of people have made an account with us!
How do resells work?
Once you click a number on the website and add that number to your basket, then that number becomes yours and nobody else can pick it! If you've ended up with a number you didn't mean to pick or you've changed your mind, that's okay! Just click your number again and it will ask if you want to cancel it or remove it from your basket via the 'x' button.
Numbers must be paid for upon picking, please don't pick and intend to pay later as resells are regularly cleared up.
Any numbers that are found to be unpaid for are removed from the competitions after 15 minutes to free up the space for others to have a chance.
Lucky Dip
You will be able to find a lucky dip bar on each of the competitions. This allows numbers to be instantly reserved at random with just the click of a button.
What if I win?
If you win, firstly, well done! You'll be contacted within 24 hours to let you know via text, you don't have to watch the live to claim a win. If we can't contact you via mobile, we'll contact you via the email you provided on the website- so please make sure these details are correct! We also have the ability to find you on social media if we're ever particularly stuck, but this is extremely rare.
When are draws done?
Our draws are generally done on a Wednesday evening at 7pm, on the dates stated on the competitions. This is subject to slight delays in draw time but we make that as clear as possible if so. Competitions are subject to being bought forward to the next draw date if all tickets are sold, this will be updated and displayed at the top of the competitions page. We wouldn’t bring a draw forward if all tickets haven't sold - but we don’t believe in waiting weeks to find out if you’re a winner if there’s no tickets left!
